Carrie Easton

Hello, My name is Carrie Easton. I grew up in Columbus, Ohio where I attended Ohio State University. There I earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Nutrition/Dietetics. After college, I moved to Colorado where I lived in Vail for many years before moving to Denver. There I attended the National Personal Training Institute of Denver where I earned my Personal Training degree and became a certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditional Association. I also hold a license as a Sports Nutritionist through the National Association of Sports Nutritionists. In 2011 I decided to attend the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in the 1000 Hour Certified Massage Therapist program. The school has an emphasis in therapeutic/medical massage. With the help of my part-time employment at Kaiser Permanente's Center for Complementary Medicine I have shaped my focus and knowledge around chronic pain management, injury rehabilitation and motor vehicle accident recovery. In my free time, I enjoy snowboarding, golfing, camping, hiking, and just being in and enjoying all the mountains have to offer. I am also passionate about fitness and nutrition and the role it plays in an individual’s lifestyle and improved quality of life. I love working with people and look forward to designing programs to aid people in their quest for better overall health and wellness.
